My stay at Citrus in Ksamil was great for a few reasons. the location was excellent. It was just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops, making it convenient for exploring the area. the room in the basement without any view was surprisingly nice. It was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with comfortable beds.

One minor negative feature was the lack of attention to detail in the cleanliness of the room.

Mind-blowing staff who went above & beyond expectations, super clean rooms with comfortable beds, jaw-dropping breakfast, super sweet receptionist, great beach location, amazing beach access. Would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel!

I recently had a wonderful stay at Citrus in a small family hotel. The rooms were immaculately clean and the beds comfortable. The staff, especially the receptionist Florida, were incredibly kind and helpful. The hotel is brand new and modern, and the breakfast spread was delicious and made fresh daily. The location is perfect, with easy access to the bus stop and beautiful Ksamil beaches within walking distance. I highly recommend Citrus for a perfect stay in Ksamil.

we were in very clean quadruple room. lots of restaurants to eat close by, like utopia beach that was only 15 minutes' walk away.

The place was modern and the staff were very loyal and helpful.

Located on the main street, it is close to the beach and walking distance to the center. The staff was amazing, always ready to help us with anything we needed. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was tasty, with traditional options available. Wifi was fast and dependable. The hotel had good facilities and good value for its quality.

The TV noise from other rooms was audible from the door.

Our recent stay during Thanksgiving at this hotel was truly enjoyable. We were particularly impressed by the modern amenities and friendly staff, who provided us with excellent service throughout our stay. The breakfast served at the hotel was delicious and we particularly enjoyed the option of being able to eat outside. the hotel's location was ideal for us, as it was within walking distance of all the places we wanted to visit.

We felt that the soundproofing in the hotel rooms was not adequate, as we could hear sounds from the reception area in our room. the coffee served at the hotel was not up to our expectations.

The hotel itself is clean, modern, and excellent value for money. It's also conveniently located within walking distance of Poda Beach and other attractions. Plus, the breakfast served here is hands down the best I've had in all of Albania!
